Exchange Policy

At Wrongs and Rebels, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free. Please review the details below:

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

1.1 Conditions for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 4 days of delivery for orders inside Dhaka City (Sadar) and within 7 days for orders outside Dhaka City (Sadar).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Exchanges are not applicable for international orders.

1.2 Exchangeable Items:

  • Items can be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • If the desired size or color is not available, you may exchange it for another product of equal value.

2. Exchange Process

2.1 How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact us via:
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

2.2 Next Steps:

  • Our team will confirm the eligibility of your exchange request and provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

3. Shipping and Fees

3.1 Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for exchange.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you (within Bangladesh only).

3.2 Free Exchanges for Defective Items:

  • If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

4.1 Exclusions:

  • Customized products, sale items, and items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchanges.
