Welcome to Wrongs and Rebels Ltd These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Shopify-powered store and related services operated by  WRONGS AND REBELS LTD, a registered company in Bangladesh.

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

4.1 All products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
4.2 Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices and limit quantities.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted at our discretion.
5.2 Payment Methods: Accepted via bKash & COD
5.3 Confirmation: Email confirmation will be sent upon order placement. Contact us if not received.
5.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area: We currently ship within Bangladesh only.
6.2 Charges: Inside Dhaka – Free | Outside Dhaka – BDT 120
6.3 Estimated Delivery: Usually within 2–5 working days; delays may occur.
6.4 Risk of Loss: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Window:

  • Up to 4 days (inside Dhaka Sadar)

  • Up to 7 days (outside Dhaka Sadar)

  • No return for international orders.

7.2 Conditions: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
7.3 Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, customized items, or final clearance products.
7.4 Refund Processing:

  • To original payment method (within 7–10 business days).

  • bKash/Bank transfers may incur transaction fees.
    7.5 Return Request Contact: Email us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose.

  • Interfere with site security.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content including text, logos, images, designs, and product names are the exclusive property of WRONGS AND REBELS LTD or its partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
12.2 Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, legal action will be brought exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our store or services at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store signifies your acceptance.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WRONGS AND REBELS LTD and supersede any prior agreements.
