• Exchanges are allowed within 4 days of delivery for orders inside Dhaka City (Sadar) and within 7 days for orders outside Dhaka City (Sadar).
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Sale items and customized products are not eligible for exchanges.
• Exchanges are not applicable for international orders.

1.2 Exchangeable Items:

• Items can be exchanged for a different size or color (subject to availability).
• If the desired size or color is not available, you may exchange it for another product of equal value.
