1.1 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery for orders inside Dhaka City (Sadar) and within 7 days for orders outside Dhaka City (Sadar).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for returns.
  • Returns are not accepted for international orders.

1.2 Conditions for Returns:

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for returns.
  • The original invoice or receipt must be presented during the return process.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Approved returns will be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., BKash, banking). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via BKash or bank transfer.

2.2 Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of return approval.
  • Additional transaction fees may apply if charged by payment gateway providers.

2.3 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items and customized products are non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the issue and your order details.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping charges, if applicable.
